The 2nd European Gymnastics Young Leaders Forum 2026, organized by European Gymnastics, was held in Zagreb, Croatia. The event, which took place from 14 to 17 August, was also attended by Aylin Mammadli, International Relations Manager of Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation.

The Forum aimed to develop young leaders’ knowledge and skills in sports management and leadership, promote the exchange of experiences, and foster international connections. As part of the event, participants took part in various forum sessions and also had the opportunity to attend the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
